Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from wonderspeed.studio, operated by Wonderspeed Studio in Tampa, Florida. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify the payment. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

Made to order

Every item is produced after you order it. You may cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing hello@wonderspeed.studio; after that, production has usually begun and the order cannot be cancelled. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy.

Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors can differ between screens and finished goods, and hand-dyed items vary from piece to piece. These differences are not defects.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, artwork, and names on this site, including the Tampa Animation Festival, Wonderspeed, and Moede Records marks, belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission. Buying a product does not grant any license to the artwork on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
