Shipping policy
Everything in this shop is made to order, so there is a short production window before anything ships.
Production and delivery times
- Hats, tees, and hoodies: 2 to 7 business days in production, then 3 to 8 business days in transit within the US. Plan on about two weeks door to door.
- Skateboard decks and fingerboards: printed within about 72 hours, then 3 to 7 business days in transit.
- Rush shipping is offered on some items at checkout.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the destination. Items ship from the production partner's facility, so an order with more than one kind of item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For any order delivered outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged on delivery are the recipient's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
Address changes
Email hello@wonderspeed.studio right away if you need to correct an address. Once an item is in production we cannot change the address, and a package returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days within the US, or 20 business days for Canada, contact us and we will replace the item or refund you. If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbors and the carrier first, then let us know within 7 days and we will help.
